Steps to TEDx
STEP 1: YOUR IDEA WORTH SHARING
Identify a unique and thought-provoking perspective on a topic in 1-2 Sentences.
Organizers are often getting hundreds of applications.
You want your idea to stand out.
STEP 2: GO TO TED.COM
Go to ATTEND, then TEDx Events. Put in the location and year.
You want to look for events at least 4 months out as the
current ones will most likely already be selected.
STEP 3: FIND EVENT WEBSITE ON INTERNET
You cannot apply to a TEDx on TED.com.
You need to find their website and look for the application if it's available.
TIPS
Volunteer or Attend a local TEDx Event
Go to TEDx Dedicated YouTube Channel
and review titles, description and talks.
You do not have to write the talk a before you are selected, they will most likely assist
in the process.
You can apply to multiple TEDx events.
No religion, politics, bad science or promotion.
All claims must back up by peer review journals.
